No sleep for the restless

I've been waking up at 5 everyday, no matter what time I go to bed.  10pm, 2am, my brain has been switching on at 5 because my subconscious wants to think about Z and what used to be us.  The vivid dreams, or more appropriately nightmares, drive my sporadic sleep patterns, waking up every hour from flashbacks.  Which is weird.  I can usually sleep through anything!  Lights on, noisy construction--when my head touches the pillow, I'm OUT.

Well, up and at 'em.  It's gym time.  I started crossfit in February, and I've been hooked!  Ready for today's work out:

A. Practice: Freestanding Handstands and walk.
B. “Diane” 21-15-9 Deadlift 225/185, Handstand push up


Edit: 5:44, scaled HSPUs and 103
Today shouldn't be too bad.  Unlike Friday's workout, which was pretty epic.
